the rooms are very nice here. our superior room sea view included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. mornings were spent at the quiet infinity pool and we were kept topped up with drinks by the staff.

i found the staff helpful and polite. the hotel grounds are beautiful and very clean, especially the gardens. the room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping team provided excellent service. i enjoyed my stay at this large hotel because of the chill family-friendly atmosphere.

i did find the variety in the food slightly lacking. i suggest the hotel could improve the food options for a better dining experience. more varied dishes at the buffet could significantly enhance guest satisfaction.

The staff provided quick drink orders at the pool. They were very attentive to guests. the lifeguards at the beach were friendly, and they assisted with sun umbrellas. the reception team were very nice and cute.

This hotel just blew my mind! the rooms are seriously spacious with facilities that shine. rahma magdy at reception is a total gem. Her kindness. the food? tons of variety and everything taste delicious. the beach and pools are prime for maximum chill.

honestly, finding something negative is a tough job. okay, i had a bit of a hiccup with the wifi signal dropping once in a while, but it was fixed quickly.

the staff are very cooperative plus very polite, i especially loved mohamed essam and mohamed awad. the whole team is attentive, i can recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel to everyone looking for great service.

Farid, the head chef, is a total legend as he makes sure my son got enough food to choose from due to allergies. he personally cooked pancakes for him every morning plus made anything else he wanted. This is really good service and very accommodating.

The main pool was supposed to be heated. It was not much warmer than the others. the music was awful. Very loud club music played, and it was not relaxing. the loungers round the main and infinity pool are old, uncomfortable and low. It was not easy to get up from them.
